This was a mixed bag. He designed an access ramp to my house and planned a large concrete planter next to it. It looks terrific. I never would have thought of it, and it greatly improved the look of my front yard. The process of getting permission to do this project through the city of Edmonds was tough with many delays before getting a permit. I thought Lankford would handle it, but in the long run I had to become the point person for dealing with the City.
