Took my broken $8000.00 MacPro computer to them for replacement under AppleCare. The manager committed to move additional added plugin hardware and due a complete test over a period of day of the new machine to insure it worked properly since the issue was intermittent. Some of the add-parts were part of the original order from Apple when I purchased the machine. When I received the machine a week later, I was handed the new machine, untested with any of the add-ons and all the add-ons in paper bags. When I complained I was told by another manager that they were not responsible for any add-on parts or testing them in conjunction with the machine. When I asked if they would at least test it with the parts that came with the original machine they said they would if they were installed by me. Given I carry tools, I attempted to install the parts in a corner in back of the store but they stopped me and said they would not allow that and sent me into the middle of Stoneridge Mall to install the parts. They did test them but only for a few minutes which was useless since the issue never appeared in a time shorted that 4 hours, that I told them at the beginning. Ultimately the issue was fixed by Apple around a year and a half later with a macOS update.

This is not recommended due to the employees following customers while shopping. Very crowded at this location. With that being said, many products are not available.
