I made an appointment based on good rating on this site. I asked to be directed to product energy efficiency info I could not find on their website. Got no help. On two different calls I asked that the sales person bring printed copies of the info not on their site. A man shows up with an order blank. When I asked questions about the ratings he said it was all 'just words' and made no attempt to supply the info. I assume he realized that his products did not meet standards because the estimate he promised weeks ago has never come.
