This company would be better without the general contractor, who is difficult to work with. He blames his workmen for his lack of communication. The owner of the company is kept in the dark about what is going on, and he may think things are doing just fine. I was charged extra for installation of outlets and moving plumbing that were required to be moved because of his design. It took seven months from when I put down over half the cost of the kitchen fora deposit before they started. They did run into an unknown issue in my home (undisclosed old termite damage from prior owner), but that damage was fixed in 10 days overall. It required constant phone calls, emails, and just stopping by to get them to come back and work on completing the kitchen. Ultimately, they did complete the job (a small kitchen) just 4 days under 4 months from when it started. And, the bill for the completion came in the middle of the last day, demanding prompt payment.
I took several days to ensure everything was really done before sending the check; yet, I got two emails from his office clerk, demanding I pay the final payment.

During construction, every workman who started on the job quit the company, including their most experienced workman. Even thought the kitchen is technically done, I had a cabinet door fall off, which they said they could come back to fix. That was mid-June, and it is now nearly late July 2017. Yes, it looks nice, but the aggravation has taken a lot of enjoyment out of it. The workmen did not think to protect my home from dust until I started to complain--I am still cleaning dust. It was one of my worst decisions. Advice? Get more estimates and talk to people the company has worked with. Frankly, I doubt this company would even provide that information.
