All that being said, they have a nice selection, and pricing is very clear. It is one price per square foot on each carpet...it is fully inclusive, includes installation and an 8# pad. I mentioned in the "installer" rating that I was very happy with their installers also. I think we may still try them again, but will request to work with someone other than Kate.
