We hired him to seal and coat the membrane roof below a second floor deck. He sent his crew on a cold, wet, winter day, insisting that the weather conditions would not affect the job. The 'silver-fibered alumination' which was painted on started to blister and paint within three months, which he claimed was quite normal, Despite multiple requests in writing, he refused to come back during the warranty period of one-year to fix the problem. We also paid him to supply and install Buckingham slate to the main roof, which he did not do. He also did not seal openings on the roof ridge, install missing snow guards on the front of the roof, or seal the chimney flashings and roof vent pipes with polyurethane, all of which he was contracted to do, and paid for. In fact, he never came back to the house to see if the work had been performed adequately, and according to the contract. What a scammer - hire at your own risk.

Recently replaced roof that they originally installed over 30 years ago. Did other repair work after tree fall and patching over the years. Also performed painting and carpentry as needed. Very satisfactory and pleasant to work with.
