I know the advice is to go to an independent shop for serviceonce you are beyond the warrantee. However, I continue to go to Ourisman because after some years in the "wilderness" of jumping between service writers, I found that when I had the right service writer (and brought the car in for regular maintenance) all was well. Luis Campos, the first service writer I had for many years was recognized for his excellence and moved up to be the Service Manager. He recommended that I work with Brendan Oster and all has been well. In the wilderness years, I encountered some problems, but no more.

Dealerships tend to cost more than independent auto shops, but this one seems pretty reasonable. Higher costs, but no messing around or gouging. For Honda owners that prefer a dealership for service, Ourisman Honda in Bethesda is not a bad choice.
