Sunoco examined our car to identify source of metallic noise underneath car. Sunoco said we needed replace both front strut assemblies and sway bar links. $1500 parts and labor. I showed car to Conlon's automotive. They replace both front sway bar links. No more noise, brakes are fine. Cost $313.60. When I told Sunoco the alternative diagnosis, no apology, just a bill for $79.50 for looking at the car, of which there had been no mention previously.

We have been using Kenwood Sunoco (first Dick and now James Spicer) for more than a decade. They do mechanical work (not auto body). They are GREAT. They don't upsell. You can drop off your car and/or pick it up as long as the gas station is open (until 10:00 p.m.)

James. Spicer & his crew are great. Have fit me in when something has in the car has “sounded off.” Made a serious effort To figure out what was going on with a previous car. Always call to let me know what’s up.
