I've had many unfriendly experiences there. They are doing better since they revamped the physical arrangement. There is no phone in the shop which makes it extra challenging. Everything is online or you call a national number which takes forever sometimes. The stylists are usually very nice but some are not as experienced. Still, they try hard.
