Welsh Roofing replaced two asphalt shingle roofs for me, i.e my residential house and a rental house. My house has a steep roof with five dormers. The rental house is simpler but needed a total plywood replacement. Welsh Roofing had the lowest bids for both houses out of the three roofing companies I contacted. I liked their contract and warranty. The crew of nine workers did a great job on both houses, and I’m very happy with the results. I liked dealing with owner, Jack Welsh, throughout the process, from estimating and contracting to scheduling and supervising the work. He was on site while most of the work was done. I highly recommend the company.

They had the best price, used high quality materials, did a great job preparing for the roof tear-off, protecting the landscaping and ground around the house. Complete tear-off, replacement, and clean-up in 8 hours! Great work! New roof looks great!

Jack was honest and detailed in discussing what was needed for my complete re-roofing job. Can't say that for other companies that gave estimates! He estimated for what was needed, and for what might be needed, and provided details about how the work would be done. His estimate was the lowest and close to others. On the work day, he and the crew showed up early (late fall, days getting short) and the entire roof was done, cleanup done, and all leaving by early afternoon. Welsh's website was more helpful for preparation than others as well. It was a good idea to remove items from walls and shelves. They put down huge tarps all around the house to catch debris from removal of the old shingles, nails, etc. They picked up nearly every nail. I've only found a few, and it would be impossible for them to find every single one. They did an impressive job of it. Yes, I'd hire them again.
