They made an almost $10,000 mistake in calculating the cost of my car. I paid for the car, bought an extended warranty (because I was pleased with the price), even asked if they were sure the price was correct. Went home with the vehicle, but was called 2 days later and asked to come in for some paperwork. When I got there, they said I had to pay over $9000 more and re-do all the paperwork. They'd mixed up the mileage and value estimate of the car on the trade-in form. I'd thought they might have made a mistake, but they didn't handle it well at all. I canceled the extended warranty and another unnecessary cost to bring the price down, but I was angry. They barely took responsibility, let alone work with me for a better final price. They didn't tell me why I was coming back in. They offered me a "free" tank of gas. The sales rep had been very pleasant, person writing up the paperwork was fine, manager and whoever messed up, not so much. Never told me who was responsible for the mess-up. I was very angry (still am) about the whole situation. I really like the car, but not the dealership.
