I have used Precision Auto for my families rotation of different vehicles for nearly 10 years. They are a family-owned and run business, that provides accurate diagnosis, clear pricing and great service. Their prices are fair, but certainly not cheap, though I believe this is in part due to only using known high-quality (OEM-style) parts versus skimping on lesser known aftermarket stuff. Each and every time I bring my various cars in for service, they do a thorough inspection and provide the full analysis w/pictures, etc. Lastly, they are NOT pushy and don't appear to try to extensively push add-ons or other unnecessary services. Highly recommend!

These folks are fantastic. My 10 year old MAzda needed rear shocks. One of the nuts was siezed. I brought the car in on Thursday..it stayed through the weekend and on Monday they were able to remove the nut. They could have rushed it with brute force (and risk of damage). They took their time and let solvents do the job. They will provide a free loaner for repairs > $300. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
