Servicer came on time for quote and provided comps with photos. Contractor did an excellent job refinishing tub and toilet caulk as well as freshening tile. Only issue was with the jobber platform (another toilet was added only as possible charge, which was confusing) but office called me and we dealt with that quickly. I didn't get other quotes so unclear if this is the best price, but they were so reliable it was worth it to me not to get multiple quotes and call around. Very happy with this company and I would use them again.

Have used this company on 2 occasions. Each time the owner came out to look at the issue and gave me an estimate. On one occasion the estimate turned out to be higher than their actual cost and they gave me a reduction on the bill. A very good company which I have recommended to others in my community.

After COVID came into play and we were home more, we decided that we needed more room to spread out. We hired Property Doctor to turn our (approx) 1100 sq. ft. unfinished basement into livable space. The entire area was drywalled and vinyl plank flooring was installed, and a beautiful new full bathroom was added. The finish work (drywall, tiling, baseboards, doors, steps, painting, etc.) was impeccable. Recently I called them again to change out an old toilet for a newer comfort height model, and to replace an existing vanity. Just doing those two things to a 25-year-old bathroom gave it a much more modern look. Mary Ann, Margaret and staff were great to work with.
