Recommended
After COVID came into play and we were home more, we decided that we needed more room to spread out. We hired Property Doctor to turn our (approx) 1100 sq. ft. unfinished basement into livable space. The entire area was drywalled and vinyl plank flooring was installed, and a beautiful new full bathroom was added. The finish work (drywall, tiling, baseboards, doors, steps, painting, etc.) was impeccable. Recently I called them again to change out an old toilet for a newer comfort height model, and to replace an existing vanity. Just doing those two things to a 25-year-old bathroom gave it a much more modern look. Mary Ann, Margaret and staff were great to work with.

Not Recommended
Previously used for a small floor tile replacement, and did a excellent job with one person doing the job. Used a second time for a small floor tile replacement with 2 people removing old floor, and one person did the tile job. The work was not good, and failed to properly level and prepare sub-floor to lay tile. Also failed to respond for over a day about the problem.
