I have been both buying and servicing my cars with them since 1990. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is outstanding and their prices are fair. They are so helpful and thoughtful--they have a customer for life.

The pleasure of doing business with this dealership started with their appointment process. Their website allowed me to request an appointment online, and to receive confirmation by either e-mail or phone at my option. The appointment form called for a description of the problem, so I said that I believed it was a particular service recall. Not only did they make a prompt appointment (for that same day), but they had me send them the VIN for the vehicle, so that they could confirm that mine was one of the vehicles covered by the service recall.

When I arrived, they asked if I wanted to wait or come back. When I elected to wait, they showed me to a chair, and allowed me to use their free Wifi while I waited.

The repair was completed in about an hour, and resolved all of the issues I had been having.

The only slight negative was that the repair people managed to trap an audio cable inside part of some housing in the car during the repair. When I returned and requested that they get the audio cable back out for me, the manager initially said that they hadn't been working on that part of the car at all, and couldn't have been responsible for the audio cable issue. However, when he got the repair person who had worked on the car, the person said that in fact they had worked on that part of the car, apologized for the problem, and quickly fixed it.
