Used Consumer Checkbook due to checks for quality and price. I will NOT be using this company in the future. My home needed an outdoor light fixed due to shorting when turning on the light switch. The repair cost me $650 for a job which should has been about $300. The reason, two electricians (one licensed) and the other apprentice showed-up on-time. This surprised me that there were two electricians when the job only required one electrician, but unfortunately I had to paid for the apprentice's time in addition to the licensed electrician's time too. They found the issue in one hour (a wire lost insulation and was grounding-out on the metal lamp.) The two went to an electrical supply house to get an outdoor mounting bracket to fit the aluminum siding and new electrical boxes to replace the rusted-out ones. According to the licensed electrician, the supply house sales representative liked talking so they could not get back sooner. Bottomline, I wanted a light fixed, which they accomplished. I did not ask for two electricians, which I had to pay for without prior authorization from me. They arrived around 11 am and left around 2 pm.

I had 3 separate projects I wanted to get done, and RL Thompson not only came in and gave me good quotes, Brandon made suggestions for each based on his expertise which made each one easier. I've completed 2 of the three now and have only delayed the third until I can get some other work done prior to calling him back in (on his recommendation). Highly recommended!

Replace some outdoor flood lights, replaced some broken, hard-wired smoke alarms, and repaired a dimmer switch for us. Did good work and were pleasant to deal with.
