Interior GFI tripped and could not be reset; affected power to exterior outlet, outlet n garage and outlets to all 3 powder/bathrooms. Left message Sunday, Company responded Monday am with initial estimate to provide service mid-day Tuesday. Called back Monday that technician would be available Monday afternoon. Electrician arrived, traced issue to exterior outlet and wiring . Rechecked all interior outlets on the line. Replaced exterior GFI outlet , and verified condition of wiring from exterior outlet outlet to interior outlet/breaker. (Contractors were doing work on exterior of unit and nailing through to same location where wiring from exterior outlet was running.) Very please with promptness of service and thoroughness of troubleshooting. Technician was courteous and professional. Could not provide estimate in advance because they did not know what the cause of the problem was. Company did provide hourly rate for the service call and hourly rate for work after initial minimum charge.

Brandon removed and replace a ceiling fan, replaced a doorbell chime and button, replaced two smoke detectors, and replaced a receptacle. Did a great job and answered all my questions! Price was great. Will definitely use R.L. Thompson again. Recommended to my neighbor. I did not ask price of service up front.
