I am lost for words to express my satisfaction and appreciation for the work YC Electric has done for us. It was a complicated situation following an electric short-circuit fire in our attic. Mr. Chang did figure out how to provide an additional outlet bringing the wires from outside the house and instructed his team how to proceed with the fallout of the emergency around the house. The team - Hung Tran, Kevin Prado and Jian Jin Luo did a very professional job coordinating with each other on different jobs/floors and completing the tasks neatly and in no time. Superb work! The Office Manager - Kamilla Reynolds, handled all communications and scheduling in the most exquisite professional way. We are extremely happy with YC Electric work, and recommend them most enthusiastically.

We had a broken recessed light in a very tall foyer ceiling. Three other electricians either didn't respond or stopped responding after seeing scope of job. YC electric was favorably mentioned on local listserv and called within a day to come take a look. They came out sooner than expected after snowstorm and did a beautiful job, explaining options if I wanted to avoid the problem in the future but without any pressure, just educational.

Yi came to give us an estimate and ended up fixing a dangerous situation without charge before leaving. The estimate was fair, and the work was performed well and efficiently. We will be using YC Electric for our future electrical work.
