Bought a used Ford/Lincoln product, very low mileage. With the Ford/Lincoln warranty I also purchased, felt it more streamlined, if not essential, to reluctantly use a Ford/Lincoln service department. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. On two occasions I have explicitly given details Re the problem and it has not fully been heard. One time, after hearing an unusual sound in the bowls of the dashboard, I shared this info with them. Later they returned it “fixed”. Within two weeks the engine overheated and the car needed to be towed in for real repair. When I asked the service rep what had happened earlier, he said, “They didn’t hear the noise.” That was the fix... nothing. Two other similar situations happened, along with ineffective repair of smaller items, such as caskets. At one point, after I was told I would be charged $100 for each item that needed to be “diagnosed” for warranty coverage. The sum seemed unreasonable for some of the obvious problems the car was having and I told that to a fellow who seemed to be a “mediator”. When I paid for it, they had charged me nothing. I found the mediator and shared that I didn’t mind paying, but just wanted it to be fair. He said he was hired to bring up their ratings!! hence, the zero bill. I still don’t think they get it.

We have been going to A&G for over a decade and have never been disappointed with Gordon's advice. He is always accessible and very knowledgeable about the particulars of each of our 3 Hondas. His prices are reasonable and competitive (especially with dealers). I especially like the fact he uses authentic Honda parts (I have seen the boxes in his waiting room).

I used A and G based on friends recommendation plus reviews. Any kudos are quite deserved. A and G is superior from start to finish- costs are quite acceptable. You need not look any further
