Paolo and his staff have been exceptional for my family's cars for more than 30 years. It's a very busy shop so appointments are required, and yes, sometimes, the work takes a day or two longer than expected - but it's done right, and on the rare occasion that follow-up is necessary, it's handled promptly and well. Auto Centro is my first call when I need auto service.

Paolo and his colleagues at Auto Centro have been advising us for decades now on used car purchases. They are highly skilled mechanics. They discuss options clearly with us every time -- we never feel like we are being upsold, but they do keep us informed about preventive maintenance and what to watch for. We have been delighted with their service for over 40 years now, with several generations of the family and their excellent employees.

There isn't a rating high enough for how friendly, professional, helpful, and honest these guys are. They let you know ahead of time what they're keeping an eye on and give you a rough estimate of how much longer you have before doing big ticket repairs. They *never* do work that doesn't need to be done, use scare tactics, or steal things from your car when it's in the shop. They're amazing!
