Fred Augustin (Augustin Wiring Inc.) provided outstanding electrician services today at home. i contacted Fred off his CheckBook listing. He answered promptly. From pictures that I provided via text, Fred recognized that I had a past-century Lightolier track system with a defective power-end feed. He suggested I purchase a Lightolier P/N 6048NWH on eBay, because Lightolier is now barely alive under Philips ownership. [I also got the companion canopy part 6060WH.] Today, Fred came home and installed the two parts and replaced additionaly a failed WACLighting electronic transformer feeding the over-the-counter lights in the kitchen. It was a labor-only engagement; where i provided all the parts (Fred does not provide parts). I highly recommend Fred if his appointment model works for you
