Metro Bath and Tile advertise that no job is too small for them. My shower renovation in my townhome, included new wall tiles, shower head, shower tub and new shower glass door. I love my new shower door! The design specialist was right on. She help me select a textured glass design and it looks great! The design team was very patient with me and helped save costs as I changed my mind a couple of times. The actual replacment shower job took longer than expected because they had to come back to redo it. So they ended up doing the job twice. I expected two installers to show for the job that was suppose to be done in 4 days. Instead, the office called to say the installers took sick leave. The next day, one installer showed up and had he worked a full 8 hours, the job may have been completed correctly and timely. He stated, his regular partner was on vacation for the rest of the week. He left after 4 hours a day and said he had to go to another job site, except the final day. Very nice young man. However he was not able to install the shower handle fixture correctly so no water flowed from the shower head. On Saturday, his senior came by and fixed the valve on the shower handle and got the water to flow properly within 15 min. However, he discovered the fiberglass shower pan was damaged and water pooled in one of the corners. So, we had to reschedule the removal and replacement of the shower pan and retiling, which took a couple of more weeks for the new shower pan to be delivered from manufacturer and coordinating our schedules. Another 4 days to redo the installation and retiling by the same installer. Long story short - Very disapointed in the quality and lenght of time it took to replace my shower for the price it took especially if all they do is bathrooms. Maybe my renovation was not a big cash in for them as it was for me, at least thats my opinion. The installer said there wasn't enough room in my bathroom for his colleague, which wasn't the case on the last day of the 2nd repair, as his colleague was back from vacation. They got done a lot faster than the first attempt. Also, I'm glad I stayed home during their work because, they would have left more dust and marks on my walls had I not been there from the sawing and sanding of the tiles they did. I will find another bathroom contractor to redo my 2nd masterbathroom.

This is for my bathrooms, as done almost two years ago.
I am recommending, but with the very strong warning that you check the contract and look for missing items.
I thought I was getting a heated towel rack and new extractor fans.
I am 100% sure that Cloud and I agreed on the heated towel rack.
I thought all tiles would be diamond.
I thought the work would be done in three weeks.

When the work started, noticed that the towel rack was not going to happen as not in contract.
No recourse for that - my mistake!
We have the same thirty year old extractor fans in our bathrooms also - ouch!
Diamond tiles in small bathroom - extra charge.

The work took almost two months. In the middle of the installation, Max noticed that the hardware was the wrong finish.
Max and Chris finished their part, but the switches were never finished. Yours truly did those.
Contract doesn't include paint. It didn't include some carpentry changes I thought necessary (new glass shelves in storage area).
We paid a lot of money only to have expensive features omitted, we knew paint wasn't included though.

Positives : Max is probably the best all around contractor for tile, cabinets and plumbing.
The work is flawless and has held up. No need for a warranty, good work is what you need.
The design by Cloud is fantastic, people complement us with a "wow" everytime.

Our satisfaction was substantially reduced by the front office bumbling. Unfortunate and expensive lesson.
