RedBank animal hospital saved our cat Olivers life, it was an emergency visit. Our vet at PetCheck urgent care set up our arrival to the staff at Redbank, they explained our cat was in need of serious care a.s.a.p and i feel the wait time for the vet to come take our cat in for care was long, it was also a long wait for her to come back with an update and when she did her delivery was not handled with good bedside manner. the vet techs&nurses were wonderful and the doctor i dealt with the next two days was very nice.

My cat was hurt at home and they made time to see him the same day. They wound up having to do surgery and I was very upset. They took time to comfort me and helped me make the best choice I could for my baby while still keeping costs down. They were so good to him and gave him a bath and he came home smelling great and was so soft. The care they took with him was truly amazing. They called and followed up every few days until he was all better.

While taking care of my baby, the oncology department were fantastic. When it was time to let him go, ER staff were very understanding
