I ordered cabinets from one of their most expensive suppliers. When delivered the wood had huge holes and cracks and the color was not even in the same range as ordered. Home Depot took payment but would do nothing to assist with the problems. I took the door for one cabinet to the store to compare it to the display and still got no one to intercede. I ended up with 4 sets of cabinets being delivered with months between each delivery. My contractor and I chose the least damaged to use. Then no one would remove the defective cabinets. I had to pay to have them hauled away. Never, never deal with Home Depot.

Had over $8000 of landscaping material delivered and had them cancel and reschedule 4 times! I had to miss work 4 times and lost a lot of money waiting and fighting with Home Depot. Did not receive a sorry or any other response after contacting over 30 times!
