The vinyl flooring we purchased was beautiful and properly installed. As to service, we had several confirmed appointments that were not kept for no apparent reason. Finally, the last service representative did come, on his day off, to give us an estimate. He was very pleasant, but he brought his school age child with him. The child was not happy to be there. Still not sure we received the discount we were to get because of a sale that was going on, even though I asked about it more than once.
