They eye doctor was great. They have a very good selection of frames. But they got my order wrong the first time - they did not give me progressive lenses or anti-glare as I asked. It is nearly two weeks since they said they would correct and that seems overly long. II may go back but I will pay very close attention to the order as the young woman who processed my order the first time did not.

I went to the Warrington, PA store. Glasses were fine. Their return policy is excellent and really helped me a lot. But the staff was odd. I felt like I interrupted their conversations at the cool lunch table. Odd feel.

Staff mill around and help clients in no apparent order. After an exam I was helped briefly in selecting frames by a staff person who left to tend to someone else and didn't return to me for an extended period. No explanation or apology was given. I think I finally got another staff person to help with the sale, who then sent a third to make my measurements. I was not notified of glasses being ready because they used my home phone number for a text rather than my mobile.

The employees are friendly, conscientious and knowledgeable. They were very sanitary and sprayed and wiped everything down before and after I used it. I am always very satisfied with their service.

I just got a pair of glasss from them and they were made wrong, I took them back, they found out what the problem was and made me a new pair free of charge.
