They do terrible work. Carpets were bubbling up immediately after installation. They did come back one time to stretch the carpets and they actually looked worse when they were done. Trying to get them to come back again as impossible.

This has got to be the worst place to buy carpeting and flooring. The owner is ignorant as hell and absolutely no one has the power to do anything if he is not around. Have a problem while he is on vacation? Too bad! Wait a couple of weeks for him to get back. Waiting for a return phone call? Too bad! He'll get to you when he gets around to it. Be prepared to wait weeks and weeks. There is nothing professional about this business whatsoever.
