They doubled their price without warning, were unwilling to make any changes.

Their trash collection service is great. Their prices, not so great. They jumped their prices by over 60% from one quarter to the next. When I cancelled, they wanted to charge me almost $100 to pick up the tipper cans. I told them that they effectively cancelled the service by jacking up their prices so much, and they agreed to waive the pickup fee. This is why I hate auto-pay. If I had auto-pay, I may not have noticed the price increase because I insist on paper billing, even though it costs an extra $7 per quarter for 'administration fee'. I switched to Whitetail Disposal, which was half the price of Waste Management. Oh, and no 'administration fee' charge for paper billing.
