Long time user of the Hybla Valley Firestone but last two oil changes have resulted in drips as the drain plug was not tightened correctly. Time to move on to another auto repair shop.

My 2009 Accord rear brake kept binding and overheating. It took this Firestore location three tries to fix the problem, claiming the replacement parts were bad. Apparently, they used after market parts. In the past, I took a car there to have the wheels aligned. The alignment was worse after they worked on it. I had to take it back.
