My CRV would not pass the VA state safety inspection - bad brakes. Franconia Service Center replaced the brakes for a very competitive price and in a timely manner. Very impressed with the service. I recommended the Franconia Service Center to my wife (the Gold Standard).

Contacted Franconia Amerigo for work on a malfunctioning AC system as it had been helpful before; the necessary measuring equipment wasn't working, so they sent me to a "sister" operation on Telegraph Road. Final cost was much higher than expected (several parts had to be replaced), and I wondered if it was worth it as my car is old, but the summer was brutal, so.... System is now working well, and -- on his own and as a courtesy -- the owner or technician also cleaned my headlights. a nice surprise.
