Ourisman Chevrolet Buick GMC of Alexandria

From my initital contact to the purchase of my vehicle; which I paid in full I encountered unprofessional and unsatisfactory service. I expressed my concern, issues via a number of emails to various staff, to include the General Manager and no one addressed or even further bothered to follow-up with me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone...rude, non-responsive, unprofessional, non-informative...and if I had the time I would go into specifics.
