I signed a contract for the services (about $1,200), and he said he would be there in a couple weeks or so. When that time arrived, he asked for more. I said ok. Still, nothing happened. After a couple more weeks of ignoring my emails and phone calls, asking for a firm date, he finally responded to my email telling him it was time to do the work or cancel the contract. He said he wanted to cancel; he was too busy. Not professional.
