used to like FSI, and they're capable of good work at a reasonable cost; not this time, though -- issues after issues, and then a flood in our house resulting from a faulty pipe/sink installed by FSI just a few months earlier. FSI agreed to pay our insurance deductible, which was a far cry from our out-of-pocket expenses. But didn't. And hasn't responded. Disappointing and maddening to deal with.
