I purchased Flagship Package for $44. A near-total ripoff. Exterior was incompletely washed and the interior was damaged: three of the four floor mat retainers for the front mats were broken by staff, and the interior was very wet with water standing in the rubber floor mats. I returned and talked to the "manager" who shrugged and offered neither an excuse or a remedy to the complaints I had. Finally he offered to re-do the job, so I put the car through the wash again. Immediately after this was done and declared "ready" I called the manager back out to look at my car. Wheels were still untouched in several places. I aske him to inspect the car and let me know if he thought it was complete. He said yes. I pointed at the places on each of the wheels that still had not been wiped at all. He was uninterested, but eventually got an employee to use a rag to remove the brake dust and dirt that remained. I walked him around the car and pointed at multiple locations that were untouched by the automated brushes or by human hands. I felt like I was talking to a wall. He finally offered a free wash ticket and I said, "Why would I want another lousy car wash from you?" He shrugged. This business seems to be taking advantage of employees who do not speak English and obviously do not have a clue how to clean a vehicle. It makes my suspicious that there are illegal aliens being used/abused by management. I will not utilize this car wash again. The $8 drive-thru wash at my service station does a better job.
