We hired Looney's to install a new tile floor in our kitchen. They were on the recommended list from the tile store. We were very pleased. The employees were very courteous. They treated our house like their own. They hung plastic to keep dust from getting in the rest of the house. The adjoining room has a hardwood floor. They had to move the fridge into that room to do the work. They carefully protected the floor. They did a great job matching the stain on the new quarter-round to the existing cabinets. They had to cut the time to fit around several areas, and those cuts were perfect. They cleaned up everything to be spotless. The floor looks great. Highly recommend.

We used looneys for a primary bathroom remodel. The project was finished but what it took to get there was appalling. We were very straightforward and gave them step by step instructions up front with no change orders and we were told that it would be an easy project for them; they were very wrong in that statement. I don’t know if we got the amateur F team but it was an awful experience at every turn. Here is what we experienced using Looneys: -The 15 day project turned into 3 months. -The project manager assigned to our project was awful and very absent. We ended up managing the entire project ourselves. -Used black silicon on a white bathtub. -Plumbing didn’t work after they said the job was complete. -Baseboards were not removed during demo and they installed tile around old baseboards despite the fact that we purchased new baseboards and informed them we wanted those installed. They then had to removed the old baseboards around the tile which caused unnecessary damage to the dry wall. -Tile was installed incorrectly and had to be removed and redone. -Failed to silicon multiple areas -Cut tile in the bathroom with no barrier to the adjacent bedroom (despite this being in our contract). This caused dust and a disgusting film all over our bedroom. Looneys said they would pay for a cleaning service at the end of the project so we were stuck living in that disgusting mess, cleaning it ourselves, or hiring our own cleaning service for the whole month they were still working. -Caused damage to our drive way and grass since they don’t know how to back out of a drive way properly. -Caused a leak to the room below our bathroom -Showed up late or didn’t show up at all multiple times -Some days were working until 9pm somedays to “try and get ahead” -The project manager who did show up a few times during the project reeked of cigarette smoke so bad that it left our home smelling of cigarettes for hours.
