Never had a bad experience in all the years I have used them. One caveat, the longtime manager just retired. Hopefully the high level of personal service will remain.

We have had generally good service. Sometimes a bit brusque, but they have sent us home at times when we thought we needed a repair that was unnecessary. In other words, not a rip-off joint! They also don't add on a million other repairs like a dealership might.
