NOTE: when approaching from the north on Broad St. there is a repair shop/detailer at 1120 which I thought was the right place. Luckily I had brought my notes with Perfect's address at 1115 which is just a few doors further down. Their sign is obscured by an adjacent building and their shop, which looks like a detached house, is set back from the street a good bit.
