Style Roofing installed our roof in 2006. We recently started getting a leak into our bathroom, directly below the stink pipe. I had replaced the gasket around the pipe and had no issue for some months, but the leak was happening again. The old gasket had cracked open and allowed rain in for some period of time prior to my fix, apparently causing some damage to the underlying wood and shingle. Once I told Billy that I was a customer, he said he would send Javier out to check. Javier was able to quickly evaluate the issue and make a repair, replacing some of the surrounding shingles, all before the next rainstorm. We've since had multiple heavy storms with no issue. On top of making the fix, we were told no charge for the evaluation or repair. Outstanding customer service! Also, we've had no issue with the roof in those 19 years. So, quality work as well. Style Roofing did an excellent job when the shingled and repaired our roof. They were prompt, courteous and very professional in going about their work. Most imporant, they worked hard to protect our valuable landscape plantings and, afterwards, I did not find a single nail or any other debris as I worked around our home. Style is the best.
