They did an excellent job on the landscape design and installation. Even came back and replaced a Japanese maple at no charge.

Hired to put in pool, cabana, extend patio and tie in pool deck to existing patio. They gave smaller sized cabana, didn't extend patio or tie in to existing patio. Retaining wall was not level. Kept blaming us for all his mistakes. would never hire or recommend him.

We selected Williams and Williams for a fairly big backyard project after meeting with several different designers. After signing the contract, however, their behavior changed significantly. They didn't return calls and mislead us on several issues. We ultimately had to cancel our contract and are now in the process of trying to get some money back for work they never did. It's very frustrating. We have hired another firm which is going great, but we are now many months behind where we should be.
