The entire roof replacement experience with Bill Marshall and Signature Roofing was just outstanding. This company was recommended to me by trusted friends, and I will be recommending it to others. I must also say that, now that I have had my roof and gutters replaced by Signature, it is easy to attest that all of the terrific checkbook reviews are spot on. Bill is a master roofer and it shows. He was always available to answer questions prior to starting the job, remained onsite during the job, and promptly followed up on the paperwork after the job. During the entire complicated process of roof replacement, Bill is your only point of contact. I really felt that we were in great hands with Bill and his crew which allowed me to relax and enjoy this experience. His team was prompt and on time, dedicated to doing the job right, and they paid attention to detail. Additionally, Bill is a great guy who is a pleasure to talk to during the work. Finally, he keeps his overhead low so the cost of the roof is very competitive in comparison to the many estimates we received.

Signature Roofing performed the highest quality craftmanship and professional service for my new replacement home roof. The owner Bill responded quickly with a detailed proposal, listened to all of my questions, and answered back with detailed descriptions about how the work would be done and materials used. Bill never tried to over-sell his company, or add-ons, but rather gave me the assurance from those early conversations that he only wanted to do the job to the highest industry standards. Bill uses a highly trained, experienced, and manufacturer-certified roofing crew. While the roof was installed over two days, I could see the crew’s attention to detail and the quality of the installation process and methods used are the most important aspect of a new roof. The clean-up was superior, and they left no marks on my house, Trex deck, or concrete driveway. I didn’t find any debris or nails in my yard. Bill followed up with me a couple days later to ask if I was completely satisfied with the job. I told him that it was so nice to find a company that really cared about doing things right, and that I have a sense of security and confidence in the roof overhead protecting my home.
