We had a genuinely positive experience with R.M. Banning and recommend the company and their work, without hesitation. We had a large roofing replacement with several tall peaks, as well as a flat, rubber roof over the morning room replaced. Daniel Diaz was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and sincere throughout the process. He answered every question with great detail and provided background information we had not considered but were grateful to have. He addressed every question with detailed knowledge of roofing materials and types of installation techniques that have changed over the period of time we have been homeowners. He suggested the shingle color and type, and we are completely confident that Daniel had assisted us in making the best selection for our house. The brand of shingles used is of the highest quality. The crew was efficient, took great care during the process, and completely cleaned up the yard, the driveway, and all areas affected by the work each day. Daniel was always readily available when we reached out to him with questions, and was on site at various times throughout the job. He followed up with another visit after the work was completed and was never in a hurry to leave before he was certain we had no further questions for him. The work was of the highest quality, and the office staff was highly professional, pleasant, and responsive.
