It was necessary for them to access my neighbors yard for the job (I live in a row house) so my neighbors had to be home. They ended up scheduling me on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, but they never showed up. Then they said the workers would be there the next day. The workers showed up but the original person that gave the estimate ordered the wrong board size for the facia. They finally showed up on Monday and did the work. I felt horrible that I ruined my neighbors holiday weekend because of their incompetance.

Put in two new skylights at cost of $4000 and they leaked after 18 months. Said warranty was only one year and charged $375 to caulk INSIDE —still leaked when we had snow.

I had RM Banning repair and re-clad the rake board on the north gable of my house after it was damaged in a recent wind storm. Their crew showed up promptly as promised, and completed the work quickly and flawlessly. In the process, they suggested that I replace some rotting window trim on my basement and kitchen windows which I was aware of, but hadn't decided whether to repair, or simply replace the windows. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and came back to do the work a week or so later. They did an excellent job. The crew doing the work, as well as Maria and Angela in the front office were always friendly and responsive. I recommend RM Banning and look forward to working with them again on future projects.
