I sought an estimate from this company in October 2020 to replace my siding and am completely disappointed with their service, so I want to make others aware. Daniel came out promptly and we discussed the proposed work and potential options. However, I never got a written estimate so I called 2 weeks after our appointment. When he called me back, he promised it would be in the mail a few days later. Never got it. The most disappointing aspect is that he kept pressing me for the cost of other estimates and I would not provide the information as that's totally unprofessional. I have moved on and found another contractor to do that work. If Daniel is the face of this company, Mr. Banning should consider employee training.

Mr. Banning's company is the epitome of "attention to detail." From beginning to the very, very end, there were multiple sets of eyes on the job, checking and re-checking the steps, the work, the materials, etc. One example that stands out is attention to the nail heads that seemed to lose paint coverage when hit.They were quickly replaced with a better nail. This is something only a ultimate professional would care about. The punch list corrections were reviewed numerous times to ensure our satisfaction. There was ample communication, explanation and help every step of the way. I highly recommend R.M. Banning's company for any job you may have.
