Mr. Banning's company is the epitome of "attention to detail." From beginning to the very, very end, there were multiple sets of eyes on the job, checking and re-checking the steps, the work, the materials, etc. One example that stands out is attention to the nail heads that seemed to lose paint coverage when hit.They were quickly replaced with a better nail. This is something only a ultimate professional would care about. The punch list corrections were reviewed numerous times to ensure our satisfaction. There was ample communication, explanation and help every step of the way. I highly recommend R.M. Banning's company for any job you may have.

A big thank you goes to Mr. Banning, the owner, and his entire staff in replacing my roof and gutters. Angela in the office was extremely helpful. Oscar (the crew manager) and the roofers worked hard and came on time. Roofing was replaced and rotted wood. After working they made sure the yard was cleared up. Steve made a custom piece of trim to replace a damaged piece and replaced rotted wood. Daniel also worked on the gutters and trim. Thank you for the great job.
