NV Kitchen and Bath remodeled a kitchen and bathroom for us. The design work was excellent. But problems started when the work began. All the work was done by subcontractors. The only NV employees were the project managers, who changed during the project. The subcontractors were working on different NV jobs plus on jobs for other contractors; so people did not show when they were promised. At different times no one showed up for 4 days straight even though we were told they were coming and the needed materials were on site. One electrician that started the job. He abruptly left; the next electrician found that the first had not installed the lines to the circuit box correctly and properly rewired most of the kitchen. Then he left for another job and a third electrician showed up. The kitchen failed electrical inspection. Outlet receptacles did not work and receptacles near water were not gfci protected. The cabinets doors were never installed correctly with differing gaps between the doors. The stove hood did not work when first installed. I was told it was my problem. Then it was installed so that it worked, but it was installed at the incorrect height as specified in the manufacturer's instructions. The back splash tiling had to be installed twice and we were still left with a hole in one of the tile, which was fixed weeks later. We are still waiting 7 months later for a replacement cabinet door. The one that is currently installed has places were the stain is missing. While the kitchen work was unacceptable, on the whole the quality of the work in the bathroom is acceptable.
