We've used this company for our federal taxes for many years with outstanding service. Two years ago, the owner retired and sold the business. Our recent experience has confirmed that the level of service remains very good. The only change that is worth noting is that last year they fixed their minimum charge for tax preparation at $1500. So, it may not be the best option for small clients with relatively easy tax preparation. They clearly informed clients of this change prior to the change.

Excellent to work with. Responsive. Thorough. Genuine. Note: I rated the advice category as adequate simply because I don't recall getting many options from them when various situations or questions arose. Then again I hired them for their expertise and ability to deliver a solution. A bunch of options would probably been the wrong way to go.
