Mr. Hasson responded to my inquiry very quickly with a quote, the procedure to request an appraisal and the methods/timing of required payment. He was out to do the appraisal within days of the request. He arrived at the scheduled time, seemed to be very thorough and my appraisal arrived before the promised date. The valuation was about what I was expecting, no surprises. Would use this service again.

Given the professional guidelines appraisers follow (which don't always follow the demands of the market), I think Mr. Hasson did a good job on the appraisal of my house and land. My house is on a half-acre parcel on Beacon HIll, Seattle. It's a hot market, but the potential for development had no effect on the value assigned to the property.
I was disappointed at the result, but he explained the result convincingly. He was pleasant and informative, and knew the area well.
