I called them on a Friday afternoon and she said they could be here Monday morning. He was 15 minutes past the window in showing up, so not perfect but very acceptable. I asked for an outside frost-free spigot replacement to be done which required removing the soldered on old spigot. He stopped by first to examine what was already there to make sure he knew exactly what was needed. He did have to leave to go the warehouse to get the replacement spigot, but that wasn't too long since it was only a few miles away. He then cut off the old spigot and installed the new one. And the total cost was LESS than what I paid another plumber almost exactly 20 years earlier for the same work on the same spigot (and that included sales tax). -Easy to make a quick appointment -Very good at showing up when scheduled -Gave estimate over when when scheduled, and explained the exact cost before starting work -Did great work the first time and fast -Frost-free spigot installed is of very good/high quality -Very respectful of home while working inside and out -Cost was very reasonable And he said they also offer emergency work outside normal hours when required.

Another company had quoted me nearly $1000 to fix two toilets, one of which was running, the other needed a handle. Northwest Plumbing did both jobs for $193.51 and in less than an hour! It's shameful how some companies want to rip you off. I'm going to use them again, very highly recommended.
