We bought a sofa with "premium" ($) cushions. We were told the cushions were warranted for 3 years. The saleswoman corrected the warranty summary to reflect the 3-year warranty on the cushions and upholstery. After a year, we noticed the fabric had ripped (poor quality) and were told that the store would not honor the 3-year warranty for the $750 reupholstery cost.

I like their chairs a lot, and I like the one I just bought. But delivery took a LONG time (three months!), and they missed their original delivery estimate by three weeks, all the while denying they'd missed it. This was made worse by the fact that they charged me when I placed the order, rather than when the chair was delivered. That said, I'm sure some of the problem was COVID-related, and they did refund my delivery fee when I complained, so I guess I shouldn't complain too loudly.
