My experience is MORE than one year ago, but they had the best price and the best store bought warranty, which I just used to get the ice maker fixed.

Issue with delivery. After waiting two months I was told the LG refrigerator would be delivered on Sat. Less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery got an email saying refrigerator is back ordered and not available for another 2.5 months. No one at Lowe’s gave me a decent answer why this happen.

Delivery was always a problem. They did not do well delivering to our how when it was a construction sight, but even when we'd wait for them the timing was always an hour later than what they said. This is a problem if you don't live at the location where your appliances are delivered. We had a few things delivered in store, which always took over an hour for them to find it in storage. We never had a delivery that took less than 45 minutes for them to locate and eventually bring to us.
