I have been looking for a power reclining full grain leather sofa. Not just the seating and arm areas. I found the most comfortable p r full grain leather sofa and loveseat there. No back pain. Love my seat. Staff were wonderful. Setup delivery was great. Got my set on sale.

In Feb 2011 I ordered 4 leather swivel dining room chairs. I was told it would take 12 weeks. After 13 weeks, I called the Manager to inquire about the chairs and was told it would take an additional 3 weeks. The chairs arrived as promised and were delivered. Unfortunately I received 2 leather chairs and 2 upholstered chairs. You would think somone would notice that the chairs didn't match. I sent the 2 upholstered chairs back. Customer Service called me back later that day to inquire why I sent the chairs back and I informed them. They said someone would contact me later that day. After waiting 2 days and hearing nothing, I called them. The Manager said she would have to talk to the District Manager and call me back. She called back later and told me the manufacturer was closed and would have to wait until the following week. Now it is August 2011 and I am still waiting for the 2 chairs which I paid for back in Feb 2011. I previously had dealt with Haverty'[s and received excellent service. Now, however, I will never shop there again. The customer service was atrocious.
