This is a good news/bad news story. I am a legacy customer from before Ward merged with Innovative. I paid somewhere north of $600 for a contract to find entry points for field mice into a basement closet. Techs made at least 4 visits to the house to resolve the problem. I was not charged for the follow-ons, which surprised me. I thought this is excellent service, although each new Tech visit uncovered yet another entry point that had been missed in the previous visits (we are talking about an area ~4 feet long, with good access). This week, I discovered another mouse (dead, in the traps left from previous visits). When I called I was told a Tech visit now costs $125/hour. Now I understand that I can't get free follow-ons forever, so asked that I be charged a flat rate (I think I suggested $250) with at least one follow-on. The very nice phone rep kept putting me on hold to talk to her manager; she finally said , the best she could do was an inspection for $90, then $125/hour after that if anything needed to be done (which is 100% -- I found a mouse!). Clearly the pleasant phone rep had no more authority to negotiate, so I asked (nicely) if I could speak directly with her manager. The phone rep promised a manager would call me the next morning. It's been a week and I haven't heard a peep -- I ended up getting advice from some guy in Home Depot and after trying a few other things, so far, no more mice. So, good news is that original work done -- if not completely successful -- seemed thorough and the techs seemed expert. The phone staff was very accommodating and cordial. But I think the management saw a difficult problem, and hiked the price, hoping I would stop calling. (Let me stress that I wasn't looking for free work and understand mice extermination can be challenging; I just wanted an opportunity to negotiate a reasonable price.) Deflecting hard problems with high prices is not a confidence builder. I have recommended this company often. Not sure I would do so again.

Home termite inspection done very thoroughly by D Cohen; spotted an ant trail and offered advice on plugging gap into the house. Very professional work.
