purchase was fine--but I've waited twice for scheduled delivery and installation. Didn't bring all necessary parts first day, and didn't show up within window second day. Will never buy from BrayandScarff again

I recently purchased both a refrigerator and dishwasher from them. It was not the sales process that bothered me, it was the delivery services that frustrated both my wife and myself. Things were running late on the delivery, so the lead technician was very stressed. Everything went well with the installation of the dishwasher, but things went south with the refrigerator. After they had removed my old refrigerator, they had a difficult time getting the new one through my back door. After much vocal consternation, they decided to try the front door and proceded to drop the refrigerator. Again after much profanity, they figured out they could get it in the front door. However, I said that it was damaged and I did not want it. After a suggestion to me that my original one could not be installed, I insisted that it be done. The arguing continued and finally, it was reinstalled. Several days later, got a replacement, but the ice water line was broken. Had to wait and beg for another service call. Took nearly 3 weeks to get the refrigerator up and running.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff (Gearry was terrific). The installation was pricey for the built-in fridge, but they removed some of the surprise extra costs. Very fair.
