Called Northeast Garage Door after my garage door came off the track and got wedged into the locking mechanism. The guy came out the evening of the day I called to fix my issue (he works nights, as others have said). I was really impressed! Not only is he highly competent in fixing garage door issues, but his philosophy that just about anything can be fixed instead of replaced was very refreshing to hear. He didn't try to sell me any extra parts (rollers, etc.), fixed the issue at a very reasonable cost, and the garage door was noticeably quieter than before I had the issue. I cannot recommend him enough and plan to use his services again next time I run into an issue with my garage door.

I called in the afternoon, he showed up the same evening to fix a broken garage door spring. He replaced the springs, tightened all the bolts, lubricated everything, calibrated the opener, and gave me maintenance advice, finishing around 10:30 PM.

I called Northeast Garage when my garage door quit. Mark (the owner) called me back within a couple of hours and my door was fixed that day. It was as good an experience as I have ever had with a business. I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to my friends.
